Covid 19 (Corona)

Update 31 march

Practices are limited open

All skin therapy practices NL remain open to critical paramedical care. Cosmic treatments will be canceled until April 28 and rescheduled to a later date.

With the arrival of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we have entered a special and uncertain period. We would like to give you more clarity about the situation in our practices.

Every day we check whether the situation and the measures are still in line with the policy within our practices. This is done in consultation with the professional group of the Dutch Association of Skin Therapists (NVH), RIVM and other paramedical care providers.

Following press release of March 31, 2020, cosmedical treatments will be canceled until April 28 and rescheduled to a later date. Our branch organization NVH and government advise that a doctor or specialist should determine what critical care is. Due to GDPR privacy law, we ask you to check this with your referrer and to confirm this during your treatment. We also provide remote care by providing advice for self-management. If you are unsure or want more information, please contact us via email info@ skintherapeut.nl or 088-5053200.

We also want to inform about the agreements that skin therapists have made with each other to cope with the COVID-19 virus as best as possible.

We follow the guidelines of RIVM and the measures of the government.

As usual, we follow the Hygiene and Infection Prevention guidelines, where we wash our hands and disinfect the room even more than usual.
Disinfection alcohol will be present at all locations to clean the hands.
All skin therapists should feel healthy and should not have any mild symptoms of the Covid-19 virus (i.e., no sore throat, followed by a dry cough and nose cold, respiratory complaints and / or fever). If they do show these symptoms, they should not come into contact with patients and colleagues.

Of course we no longer shake hands.

In addition, we ask you not to visit the practice if you have cold symptoms or if you feel unwell. If you are not comfortable with an appointment, we would like to ask you to call 12 hours in advance.
